For Supervisors and Management to fully appreciate the findings of the Health & Safety representatives, and to understand their own role and responsibilities within the Organisation, as laid out in the Occupational Health & safety Act, it is recommended they attend this very detailed and powerful Training.

It equips Members of Management as well as all Supervisors with the all necessary tools to ensure that they and their Organisation, for which they are partly responsible, acts within the framework of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

  • Section 8 of the Occupational Health & Safety Act 85/1993
  • Compensation of Injuries and Diseases Act

The Function of the Manager/Supervisor:

On Completion of the Training the successful delegate will receive a Certificate and a very detailed handbook. This Training can be conducted at your premises or at ours. Public Classes for Individuals are available on a monthly basis.
